Return – Refund & Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your Order within THREE (3) days –after the date of delivery and request for a return in its original condition with proof of purchase.
By original condition we mean:

You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the Products can be resold at full price.

You have not assembled, used, altered, or installed the Products.
What Products can’t be returned?

Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

Consumable Products which have been used or installed.

Products that have already been assembled, unless the Mayoof Home team determines that there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).

Make sure you return your products in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, as well as all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

Products you received over 3 days ago.

Products that are not in their original condition.

Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect).

If there is any Manufacturing defect and materials under warranty the Mayoof Home team determines that there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

REFUND DURATION:
If all the RETURN-terms and conditions are met and after receiving the items in the warehouse Mayoof Home will make the refund within 7-14 working days (depending upon customer bank) directly to the DEBIT/CREDIT card which used for making purchase the products online. We do not offer Cash refunds.
Cancellation:
If your wish to cancel your order must contact our customer service team +971 54 584 9741 OR email at support@mayoofhome.com whether you have an Account or are a guest user if you wish to cancel your order. We will help you to cancel your order, provided it meets the criteria for cancellation.
· What type of orders cannot be cancelled?
There are some Products that we cannot cancel, FURNITURE and BEDROOM SETS, BEDDING ITEMS as well as any made-to-order or otherwise customised items.
· Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched?
If your items have already been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
To return a Product once your order arrives, follow the process in our Returns Policy. Please note that in such a case your delivery fee will not be refunded.
