1) Do you ship to my city and location?
We deliver across the UAE except for the free zone and some remote areas and non-service areas
2) What is the delivery time for any purchase made online?
Your delivery schedule will depend on the product and the time that you placed your order. Usually it will take 7 working days within city limits in UAE. 12-15 working days for remote areas.
3) Do you ship internationally?
No, right now our deliveries are limited within UAE only.
4) How can I track my shipment?
Currently we do not have live order tracking on the Platform. Status of your order is updated to you via email on regular basis. In case you need any urgent updates on your order status please call our customer service team at +971 54 584 9741
5) What if I’m not at home when my order gets delivered?
Our customer service representative will get in touch with you BEFORE delivery to confirm the delivery dates and time slots. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery date and time. Following the confirmation from our team, your delivery slot will be arranged.
6) What should I do when my order arrived is damaged?
Before accepting the delivery, you need to check whether the packaging is damaged and inform us immediately.
- Check all external surfaces of the product for any damages and if any missing accessories.
